These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 417 Glassmasters LLC website and your communications and transactions with 417 Glassmasters LLC (“417 Glassmasters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services and Estimates

417 Glassmasters provides window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, construction cleanup, and related exterior-cleaning services. Service availability may vary by property, location, weather, equipment requirements, and other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, estimates are based on the information and property conditions reasonably available when the estimate is prepared. Pricing or scope may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from the information provided, including inaccurate window or pane counts, undisclosed access issues, excessive buildup, construction debris, hard-water staining, fragile materials, or other unexpected conditions. Any material change will be communicated before additional work proceeds.

Scheduling and Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas included in the scheduled work. Customers should secure pets, unlock necessary gates or doors, and move fragile or obstructing items when requested.

Appointments may be rescheduled because of unsafe weather, equipment issues, staffing emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Arrival times may be provided as windows rather than guaranteed exact times.

Payment

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Residential payment is generally due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Commercial payment terms may vary. Past-due balances may be subject to collection activity and any lawful fees stated in the applicable agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations, denied access, or failure to prepare the property may result in a cancellation or trip charge when disclosed before service.

Customer Communications

By providing your contact information, you authorize us to respond to your inquiry through the communication methods you use or request. Providing a phone number alone does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messaging.

SMS Terms

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from 417 Glassmasters, you agree to receive customer-service and transactional text messages related to inquiries, estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, and follow-up communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may use service providers, including CallRail and telecommunications carriers, to transmit and manage messages. Your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

The website’s text, branding, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to 417 Glassmasters and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit false or misleading information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
